Exceptional off-roading prowess in the segment

I was looking to buy the BMW X3 and almost finalized it when my friend recommended the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque. I took the test drive and was quite impressed with it. It has an excellent fit and finish and offers full control of vehicle dynamics. I’m a frequent off-roader, and the Evoque caters to all my needs. It feels and sounds more solid than its rivals. It rides smoothly over road imperfections. But the acceleration of this car is quite uneven, and it feels heavy considering its size. It is also quite expensive than its competitors.
