Everyday conveniences are strangely absent

The overcomplicated controls of the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe make even basic tasks very challenging. I have to put lots of effort into adjusting the air conditioning or changing the radio channel. For simple operations, many steps are required forcing me to focus on the screen while driving. Switching between audio and GPS is also very complicated. For navigation, this car requires multiple clicks. Everyday conveniences, like with the engine running locking the doors, are strangely absent. Replacement keys are also very pricey making the ownership costs very steep.
