Not behaving well after six months of usage

This is my first Mercedes car, and it has fulfilled my desire to own a stylish and high-performance coupe. I tried many other coupes like Porsche Cayenne and Audi Q8, but the Mercedes-Benz GLE- Coupe stood out to me. Its bold exterior design makes it an attention seeker whenever I take it on the streets. But after driving it for six months, I'm facing a few issues. It feels truck-like compared to BMW, which shifts, steers, and rides better. The transmission also clunks at low speed.
