KUALA LUMPUR: The Aprilia Tuono V4 is known as an uncompromising high-performance upright sports motorcycle. It is not a naked sportbike as it features elements like flyscreen, chin fairing, and mid fairing. Compared to the previous editions of the trach-ready brawler and canyon, the 2021 Tuono V4 seems a bit more civilized.

Aprilia has introduced the 2021 Tuono V4 in two flavors: Standard and Factory. The only difference between the two being the presence of Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension in the Factory edition, the rest all remain the same. The 2021 Tuono V4 Standard trim, on the other hand, benefits from a traditional fully adjustable suspension setup, sans electronic.

Key highlights of the 2021 Aprilia Tuono V4 -

Relaxed ergonomics - The 2021 Aprilia Tuono V4 gets a taller handlebar and the fuel tank is styled in a way to give the rider more space. The housing of the new LED headlights and fairing offer additional wind protection. The corner-aware lights makes riding in dark safer

Takes care of passenger’s comfort - Compared to the previous model, the 2021 Tuono V4 features a larger seat, also the tail section is revised. The footpegs are now lower, allowing for more legroom

New electronics - The 2021 Aprilia Tuono V4 benefits from several electronic upgrades. For instance, its riding aids suite ncluse the new Marelli 11MP ECU and revised APTC that call for an improved riding experience. It now gets six riding modes (previously there were only five) - three Road modes with one adjustable to suit the rider’s preference and three Race modes with one custom mode. Insuring maximum safety of the rider, the 2021 Tuono V4 comes with traction control, ABS, wheelie control, and engine braking

Updated swingarm - The 2021 Aprilia Tuono V4’s gets revised swingarms that are lighter than before. Also, they have a brace to increase rigidity, thus aiding in acceleration stability

Improved design - Aprilia has included a new, larger TFT LCD instrument panel in the 2021 Tuono V4 that shows more information than before and comes with reworked controls making it intuitive for the rider to use

Colour options - While the new Tuono V4 Standard trim is offered in Glacier White and Tarmac Grey tone, the Tuono V4 Factory model is available only in Aprilia Black hue

Powering the all-new Aprilia Tuono V4 is a 1,077 cc 65-degree Veneto V-four mill that pumps out a maximum power of 175 hp and a peak torque of 121 Nm. Also, taking care of the emission standards, the mill is now EURO 5 compliant.
