Kawasaki Ninja H2SX

Kawasaki Ninja H2SX has a bold and bulky design which makes it stand out in the crowd. This bike is designed for adventure touring purposes. This H2SX has many modified features of H2 in it. A slight redesign of the windscreen was also done and now it sits a bit more upright providing better wind deflection. Even the clip-on handlebars are positioned a bit higher while the footpeg has been pushed a bit forward for providing comfortable posture The firm rear seat with a natural upright sitting position is comfortable too. A full-color TFT-LCD has fitted inside the cockpit to shows all basic necessary information. But it makes the LCD look congested. We all have notices those boxes on the side of this ninja, which makes it look a bit more bulk. However, if you take off the boxes, it appears sleek and much of the bulk seems to be reduced. Its Front Tyre size is 120/70 R17 & Rear Tyre size is 200/55 R17. But best of all is that it is a sports-tourer with that smooth, seamless, power delivery.

There is no doubt, Ninja H2SX is a top-notch touring bike. The presents of two injectors, with different operating rpm ranges, delivers quick response and increased high-rpm power, making the handling fine as silk. While the high-precision brake system ensures a safe ride while maintaining a natural feel. This ninja has Uni-Trak Gas-Charged Shock Rear Suspension ensuring a comfortably isolated ride for the passenger. The fully adjustable suspension is further assisted with a slipper clutch giving a touring experience better than others.

The steering rake and the wheelbase were a bit small, risking stability. However, Kawasaki claims that for increased stability, the steering rake and the wheelbase have also been increased in the new update. This 260 kg weighted ninja has a ground clearance of 130mm. 

One of the best parts of the Kawasaki Ninja H2SX is its impressive engine. Its liquid-cooled 998cc engine is capable of churning out a maximum power of 197.2 hp, which comes at 11000 rpm, while the peak torque is 137.3 Nm coming at 9500 rpm. This Ninja has a 4 stroke, 16 valve DOHC.

However, Kawasaki claims that the motor has been tuned, and now it offers a smoother delivery with better low to mid-range tractability.

Kawasaki Ninja H2SX has advanced safety features such as an Anti-lock braking system, pass Switch, Stability Control,  Engine Check Warning, Launch Control, Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System (KIBS), Optional Side Reflectors, and Kawasaki Traction Control (KTRC), Kawasaki Engine Brake Control, and Öhlins Electronic Steering Damper.

There are a lot of things in this Kawasaki Ninja to like. It offers a more accessible riding position and that feeling of having a supercharged bike is surreal. It offers a smooth and powerful ride quality with commendable safety features. However, it is a bit pricey and is available only in one color variant.
