Peugeot Malaysia unveils new warranty scheme: Now standard 5 Years, up to 7 Years coverage for extra peace of mind

KUALA LUMPUR: Peugeot Malaysia has enhanced its vehicle offerings and customer assurance by launching a new standard warranty scheme for all new Peugeot vehicles. Starting now, buyers of new Peugeot vehicles will benefit from a comprehensive 5-year or 150,000km warranty, whichever comes first.

This warranty includes a 3-year manufacturer’s guarantee complemented by a 2-year extended warranty that aligns with the manufacturer’s original coverage, now standard across all new passenger models.

For those seeking even greater peace of mind, an optional 2-year warranty extension is available, elevating the total coverage to 7 years or 200,000km. 

Customers have the option to purchase this extended warranty at a promotional rate within the first 90 days of their vehicle purchase, or at the regular rate within the final 90 days before their existing warranty expires.

The extended warranty pricing structure for various models is as follows:

• PEUGEOT 2008: RM895 (Promotional) / RM1,557 (Standard)
• PEUGEOT 3008: RM957 (Promotional) / RM1,659 (Standard)
• New PEUGEOT 408: RM957 (Promotional) / RM1,659 (Standard)
• PEUGEOT 5008: RM1,049 (Promotional) / RM1,811 (Standard)

Additionally, the PEUGEOT LANDTREK's warranty can be extended from its initial 3-year or 100,000km coverage to 5 years or 150,000km for RM2,942, or to a total of 7 years or 200,000km for RM5,148 if chosen within the first 90 days of purchase.
