Two special editions Tiger 900 confirmed for 2023

KUALA LUMPUR: As per the latest vehicle certification filed in Australia, the Triumph lineup will get two new special editions Tiger 900 models. Called the Aragon Edition Tiger they celebrate Ivan Cervantes's 2022 success.

Here are the key details of the upcoming special Aragon Edition Tiger motorcycles -

• The upcoming Triumph models comprise - the road-going Tiger 900 GT & the off-road-equipped Tiger 900 Rally
• The two models celebrate Ian Cervantes’ win at the Baja Aragon 2022
• The models will showcase the same racing livery as the winning Tiger 900 Rally Pro that Cervantes rode back in July

• Both the special edition motorcycles are heavier than the base models, for instance, the Tiger 900 GT Aragon Edition is 1.8 kg heavier than the Tiger 900 GT and the Tiger 900 Rally Edition is 3.1 kg heavier than the Tiger 900 Pro
• The extra weight is attributed to the extra goodies added to the two models
• Powering the special edition Triumphs is the tried and tested 888 cc inline triple engine
