Proton Test Drive & Win Big: Customers take home Proton Saga and S70

KUALA LUMPUR:  In a stroke of double fortune, Mohamed Affandy Bin Zainal Ariffin, a resident of Teluk Intan, recently became the lucky grand prize winner of Proton’s Q3 Test Drive & Win contest.

Affandy, who bought a Proton Saga Premium in July from Han 333 Otomobil Sdn Bhd in Perak, was among 12,992 entries vying for the prize.

His entry secured him an additional Proton Saga Standard, adding a second car to his household. Affandy, a married father of one, received his prize on November 5 during an event at PROTON’s Centre of Excellence headquarters, with the ceremony broadcast live across the company's social media platforms.

The handover was officiated by Roslan Abdullah, Chief Executive Officer of Proton Edar.

Meanwhile, PROTON also revealed the October winner of its ongoing Test Drive & Win Big campaign. Abdul Taib Bin Ahmad from Sarawak, who purchased a Proton Persona from Ngu’s Motor Service Sdn Bhd, was named the Grand Prize winner for October. Abdul Taib will soon receive the keys to a brand-new PROTON S70.

The PROTON Test Drive and Win Big campaign continues through December, inviting customers to visit any PROTON dealership and test drive any model.

Participants in the campaign have the chance to win monthly cash prizes of up to RM2,500, with those making bookings and registering a new vehicle that month automatically entered into a draw for the grand prize – a new PROTON S70.

Additionally, customers can earn up to RM1,500 if their test drive post on social media garners the most likes for the month.

On top of the Q4 Test Drive campaign rewards, PROTON’s Year-End PROTON Vaganza campaign is offering rebates of up to RM7,000 on select models, including the 2024 Proton X50 and the 2025 Proton X70.

Additional incentives include value-added packages like free servicing for two years on certain models, providing cost savings and peace of mind for customers.
