KUALA LUMPUR: Ezz Elarab, the official distributor of Proton cars in Egypt since 2004, has launched the all-new 2021 Saga sedan in Misr.

The 2021 Saga in Egypt is offered in three trim options - the base Standard MT, mid-spec Standard AT, and range-topping Premium AT. Below you'll find the new Saga pricing details -

The price includes a standard 3-year/100,000km warranty. Also, as an introductory offer, the first batch of customers will benefit from a discount of 3000 Egyptian pounds (approx. RM 776).

All the three 2021 Saga variants are powered by a 1.3-litre four-cylinder VVT mill that pumps out a maximum power of 95 PS and a peak torque of 120 Nm. On the transmission front, the customer can choose between a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic unit, depending on the variant. Also, the sedan comes with an Eco drive mode that as its name helps with the efficiency.

Talking about 2021 Saga features, the Standard MT and Standard AT trims benefit from halogen headlights, 14-inch wheels, and electric ORVM with turn indicators, on the outside. The cabin, on the other hand, gets fabric upholstery, a head unit with USB and Bluetooth, multi-info display, 12V electric outlet, and two speakers.

The range-topping Premium AT model takes the feature game a notch-up with inclusions like LED DRLs, 15-inch alloy wheels, multi-functional steering wheel, reverse camera, four speakers, and a 7-inch touch head unit with MirrorLink support of Android smartphone.

Proton offers a standard safety kit across the new Saga lineup. It includes two airbags, an anti-lock braking system, with EBD and BA.
