Chery Malaysia emphasises quality assurance throughout the car delivery process

KUALA LUMPUR: With a strong emphasis on providing top-notch quality vehicles to its customers, Chery Malaysia has successfully carried out the pre-delivery inspection for the initial batch of Tiggo 8 Pro and Omoda 5 vehicles. The automaker has begun delivering the SUVs.

Chery Malaysia was launched in July 2023 in Malaysia. Shortly after its debut, the company commenced the production and assembly of its two standout models, the Tiggo 8 Pro and the Omoda 5. These vehicles were assembled and produced at Chery Malaysia's CKD plant, situated in Kulim, Kedah.

Chery Malaysia is very serious about quality assurance, reflecting this commitment in its rigorous pre-delivery inspection process. Chery carried out multiple rounds of PDI checks to ensure that both the vehicles met the performance and safety standards. 

During these comprehensive inspection rounds, all the aspects of the vehicle underwent meticulous scrutiny. Chery Malaysia had completed the PDI by the end of August, showcasing its commitment to delivering top-notch quality vehicles to its customers.

CSR Initiative: Supporting ESG Goals with Malaysian University Students 

In addition to its commitment to vehicle quality, Chery Malaysia remains dedicated to supporting government initiatives related to Environmental, Social, and Governance  (ESG) practices. In celebrating meaningful Malaysia Day, Chery Malaysia supporting a  group of young talents from a prominent Malaysian university by participating in a  public beach cleanup at Port Klang.

Chery HQ has planned to host the "2023 Chery International User Co-created Conference" in October 2023 in Wuhu, China. This event will focus on future developments, technology, and ecology. The conference is in line with the brand values of Chery. Chery will interact with users worldwide and promote user-energy possibilities.
