The Toyota Camry by TOM is dubbed as C35 with the Japanese automaker sedan transformed into a sinister sports sedan from a mellow land barge. It sure looks like a car the chief would take on corners and who don’t mind a more firm ride.

The TOM’s version of the Camry is one powerful car as it is powered by a 3.5-litre V6 engine that churns out a maximum power of 301 PS along with a peak torque of 362 Nm. The mill is paired to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The Australian and North America market benefit from the 6-cylinder powerplant. The performance figures remain identical and untouched by TOM, with the 5-meter sedan covering the 0 to 100 kmph distance in 6.5 seconds.

TOM now stiffens the suspension of the C35 Camry, also the ride height is now lowered. The modified version also gets larger wheels and tyre combo with 19-inch TOM’s TH01 alloys wheels that are 8-inch wide. Overall, the Toyota Camry by TOM can not only go fast in a straight line, it also comes with some twisties.

As for its design language, the C35 Camry looks more aggressive bumper both at the front and rear, courtesy Japanese-spec WS variant. It also gains side fins for the rear bumper, a slim pair of side skirts, larger quad exhaust pipes, and a front splitter. The Toyota Camry C35 black finish gives it an aggressive look and feel, although other color options might also be available.

TOM has tuned the car with what’s called Linear Throttle System that makes it more responsive. Via this system, the driver can adjust throttle sensitivity, thus making the car feel less or more aggressive. The goodie kit includes special floormats, a carbon fiber pack for the steering wheel, and TOM’S courtesy lights.
