- The car features a bolder bumper design that adds to its bold look
- A black anodized Hyundai emblem is seen at the front and back which helps identify the N brand
- N-specific red stripe can be seen running all around the new Hyundai, including the front & rear bumper, and side sill moldings
- The rear features an enlarged black bumper and a boat tail which enhances its aerodynamics
- Powering the new Elantra facelift is a 2.0-litre inline-4 turbocharged unit generating a maximum power of 276 hp along with a peak torque of 392 Nm

In other news, Hyundai plans to introduce the Ioniq 5 N in China on July 5, 2023. “With all three of N brand’s core driving characteristics, Ioniq 5 N marks the beginning of a new era of high-performance electrification, and we are confident that it will set a new benchmark for sustainable high performance,” said Wartenberg.

In the local market, Hyundai offers the Elantra sedan in the sole SmartStream G 1.6L Premium variant. Priced at RM 168,888, the car is powered by a 123 hp/154 Nm 1.6-litre engine paired with the company’s iVT transmission.
