All-new Toyota Camry benefits from Modellista & GR Parts

KUALA LUMPUR: It was only yesterday that Toyota launched the facelift 8th-gen Camry in Japan. Similar to the European and US markets, the D-segment now comes with styling and technological upgrades. However, for customers who aren't satisfied with the sedan's extensive standard kit can go for the newly introduced Modellista and GR Parts kit.

Let's now see what two accessories range have on offer, starting with the 2021 Camry Modellista package. It is offered in two versions - Bright Elegance and Smart Shine. Now each of the Camry Modellista kit comes with there separate design elements.

The 2021 Toyota Camry Modellista Bright Elegance sure looks amazing s it displays a more assertive look  that's to elements like - 

• Front chrome treatment on grille and corners
• Rear chrome trim on bumper
• Side skirts with chrome trim
•  19x8.0-inch Weds Leonis LV wheels covered with Yakohama Advan Sport V105 tyres

The 8th-gen Camry Modellista Smart Shine kit also features chrome treatment, however it's more prominent here. It includes 

• Front chrome garnish on grille and bumper corners
• Rear chrome garnish on the taillights and bootlid spoiler
• 17-inch aluminium wheels

The new Camry Modellista catalogue also includes a 16 x 6.5-inch Weds Guild MA alloy wheels.

The 2021 Toyota Camry is powered by a 2.5-litre Dynamic Fource four-cylinder mill making 178 PS and 221 Nm of torque. The unit is coupled with an electric motor making 120 PS and 202 Nm. The total system output for 2021 Camry rests at 211 PS.

The 8th-gen Camry benefits from Toyota Safety Sense 2.5+ suite of safety features that includes cross-junction pedestrian detection for autonomous emergency braking system, night pedestrian, and daytime cyclist.
