All-new 2021 Ranger Rover Evoque P300 HST introduced in the UK
KUALA LUMPUR: The UK auto market gets the new Land Rover Range Rover Evoque P300 HST. Compared to the entry-level trim, this one is quite expensive at £50,440 (approx RM 294k).
Let’s get to know the latest Range Rover Evoque trim, the P300 HST, starting with the name. The said variant is exclusively available with the P300 Ingenium power plant and its styling is inspired by the Range Rover Sport HST, so here we have it, the story behind the name.
What does the Range Rover Evoque P300 HST look like?
As mentioned, the Range Rover Evoque variant design theme is based on the Range Rover Sport HST that was unveiled in Feb 2019. Though most elements are carried forward from the model lineup, there are some unique bits that differentiate it from the rest. For instance, it gets privacy glass, gloss black sliding panoramic roof, and gloss black 20-inch wheels with red brake calipers. Also, on offer is a Black Pack that comprises several darkened elements like door mirror caps, bonnet script, bonnet louvres, side vents, and exterior accents.
Its striking exterior boosts the cars outdoorsy capability, like its 212 mm ground clearance and 600 mm water wading depth.
Furthermore, Land Rover offers the Evoque P300 HST in eleven colour options.

What powers the Range Rover Evoque P300 HST?

On the performance front, the Evoque PS300 HST can complete the century sprint in just 6.8 seconds.
That’s not all, as Land Rover has fitted the model with several features that enhance its off-road capabilities. For instance, it gets the brand’s latest Terrain Response 2 system that includes an Auto mode that adjusts the mill and gearbox unit in accordance with the driving terrain.
