2025 MINI Countryman S ALL4 CKD launched in Malaysia - From RM259k

KUALA LUMPUR: MINI Malaysia has announced the introduction of the locally assembled (CKD) MINI Countryman S ALL4.

With the launch, MINI expands the ever growing  new MINI Family in Malaysia, with the petrol-powered variant SUV aiming to offer buyers a lifestyle vehicle with MINI’s iconic design as well as practicality.

Just like the fully electrified version, the locally assembled new MINI Countryman arrives with body proportions that are taller and longer than its predecessor, offering more space, comfort, and safety.

Sharing its "Favoured Trim" with the electrified MINI Countryman SE ALL4, the petrol version is also recognised now with its robust crossover design, upright profile, and widened track that adds a touch of ruggedness.

Its octagonal grille, LED headlights with adjustable light signatures, and 20-inch Windmill Spoke wheels ensure it grabs attention. The longer and wider roof further emphasizes its vertical design, while at the rear, upright LED taillights complete the bold look.

Inside, the MINI adopts a clean and minimalist design. The dashboard is uncluttered, with driving information now displayed on a Head-Up Display behind the steering wheel, replacing the traditional meter cluster.

If the lack of a meter cluster sounds dissapointing, do not worry, because a rather large and round 240-mm OLED display serves as the central hub for controls and entertainment. With sustainability being the main theme these days, the petrol powered Countryman is laced with recycled polyester fabric for the interior trim.

Passenger comfort gets an upgrade too. The John Cooper Works sport seats feature vegan leather upholstery, with the driver’s seat adding memory and massage functions.

Rear passengers aren’t left out, enjoying adjustable seats and enhanced shoulder room. Need more storage? The rear seats slide to maximize either legroom or boot space, expanding the cargo area to a generous 1,530 liters.

Petrol power is back in the Countryman

For those waiting for a petrol powered all-new Countryman, you'll be glad to know that under the hood, the MINI Countryman S ALL4 CKD is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine that delivers 204 hp and 300 Nm of torque.

The engine is paired to a seven-speed automatic transmission and an advanced ALL4 all-wheel-drive system, which promises grip and agility in all driving condition.

MINI Malaysia says, MINI fans will be happy to hear that the go-kart-like handling remains intact, thanks to a finely tuned damping system and ultra-preloaded anti-roll bars.

Tech-Forward Features

The CKD MINI Countryman's infotainment system  is powered by the MINI Operating System 9, which powers the intuitive OLED display and MINI Intelligent.

Personal Assistant and Voice commands can handle navigation, entertainment, and more, while the MINI App offers remote functions like engine start and 3D vehicle views.

There's also the digital key feature lets you share access to the car with friends or family.

Safety

The MINI Countryman S ALL4 comes equipped with safety features such as Lane Change Warning, Parking Assistant Plus, and Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go, covering the essentials for modern driver assistance systems.
