2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC coming to Malaysia soon

KUALA LUMPUR: The all-new 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC made its global debut in June 2022 and now the car is scheduled to arrive in Malaysia soon. Thus, making ours the first ASEAN country to receive the new Mercedes.

Though we don’t know much about the upcoming GLC, a few specifications are all that we have to settle for at the moment.

All-new 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC: Key details

• MB's adaptive Digital Light LED headlights
• New star-spangled grille
• Easy-Pack powered tailgate
• Massaging seats
• Rear-wheel steering
• Updated Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX)
• New off-road drive mode
• A 360 camera (it even allows one to 'see through' under the hood to tackle tough terrains)

Local-spec 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC’s powertrain detail is not revealed yet, however, globally they are offered in the following configurations. The all-wheel drive GLC is offered with a host of electric powertrains including -

• Mid-hybrid GLC 200
• Mild-hybrid GLC 300
• Plug-in hybrid GLC 300
• Plug-in hybrid GLC 400e
• Mild-hybrid GLC 220d
• Plug-in hybrid GLC 300 de

Price? Well, we have to wait a little more for the local-spec car’s price and key details. However, the ongoing model retails from RM 313,888 to RM 356,888.
