2016 Proton Perdana Images Spotted Before Debut!

Kuala Lumpur: A lot of buzz is going in the industry around the official launch of 2016 Proton Perdana Malaysia, which is expected to be next month. Well, now it appears that some spies have managed to click photos of the new Proton Perdana, thanks to Automachi for surfacing them online before its launch. The pictures are clicked in some sort of a mysterious garage and the Black color model of the all new Perdana is parked there.

A few days ago the initial specifications of the 2016 Perdana were revealed at a media event and it was advised not to click any pictures but the above images somehow escaped the anticipation of the Proton Perdana and were clicked recently. The picture above is the front of the all-new Proton Perdana and it is quite clearly demonstrating the whole new design of the car. Surprisingly it bears that older logo of the Proton cars while the new Proton logo, which was recently revealed by the carmaker. Maybe it is an old make and the cars that will come to the showroom in coming future will be bearing the newer logo.

The front features show some design similarity to the Honda Accord. The headlights come along with DRL's (Daytime Running Lights) but it is not sure, whether the lamps are projector or full LED. The bumper is dynamically designed along with deeply embedded fog lamps.

The rear end of the car is not completely visible in the above image, but it can be speculated that the design looks fluidic along with running lights over the tailgate. The rear bumper looks very sporty and is giving a more futuristic look to the car. The boot lid features the same long chrome strip as the front with a Proton logo embedded in between. Also, an excerpt of the car's interior can be seen in the above image which is showcasing the premiums of this Proton Perdana sedan. It features the beige leather interior while the door side is a mixture of beige and black leather made with soft plastic.

 The selling price of the car is not yet released officially, but sources suggest that the Proton Perdana price will be set between RM100K to RM150K. It won’t be registered high because of the high competitiveness and falling popularity of Proton brand in Malaysia.
