As of November 2024, the automaker has sold a total of 17,512 S70s with an average monthly sales of 1,590 units. It is quite popular in states like Selangor, Johor, and Penang.

Proton X50
The Proton X50, ranked seventh, is the third Proton model in the list of top 10 most searched cars on Zigwheels Malaysia, highlighting the brand’s popularity among enthusiasts. This B-segment SUV also holds a position in the top 10 cars in Malaysia with a year-to-date sales of 20,386 units.
Proton offers the X50 in four variants - Standard, Executive, Premium, and Flagship, powered by a 1.5-litre mill available in two different tunes - direct-injected and port-injected. The price begins at RM 86,300 and goes up to RM 113,300.
Chery Omoda 5
Launched in July 2023, the Omoda 5 is also one of the top models, enthusiasts searched on Zigwheels Malaysia this year. Being a direct rival to the Proton X50 and Honda HR-V, this Chinese SUV offers a blend of practicality and style that resonates with Malaysian riders.
