I have always been a fan of super naked bikes, and when I saw the KTM 1290 Super Duke R, I was ecstatic. I have ridden the older model and found it good, but the newer version of the Super Duke R is even better. It is lightweight and easy to handle. The new suspension linkages allow the movement of the shock to be more progressive, delivering a less choppy ride quality than the older model. The motorcycle feels more settled over bumps and under hard acceleration. It delivers a compliant ride on the street and offers optimum support for hard-track riding.
