Filled with tons of issues

I have had tons of issues with the Mercedes-Benz EQC almost every day making it very frustrating to own this car. It is my first ever Mercedes car and I can surely say that it will be the last. I have sent back the car multiple times to our local dealerships service department to address the fault. When I was trying to turn on the car towing not permitted red light appeared. Despite any interference near the touchpad or screen, the options on the screens bottom keep flashing up. I am really very frustrated at this time and I am trying my best to get rid of this vehicle.
