Infiniti QX60

The cabin of the Infiniti QX60 is being offered with three leather upholstery options – Graphite Black, Sandstone, and Saddle Brown, all of which have a quilted theme for the seats, dashboard, and door panels. There are three additional types of trim levels on offer – Black Lacquer, Silver Metallic Weave, and Black Open Pore Ash Wood.

The QX60 is one of the latest SUVs from Infiniti to get a full-TFT 12.3-inch instrument console behind the rather simple-looking multi-functional steering wheel with satin silver accents. The centre console of the Infiniti QX60 features a free-standing 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system sitting at the top, with the wide lower part housing the gloss black panel for the buttons of climate control. In between them, the QX60’s cabin has a sleek gloss black layer that integrates slim AC vents in the middle and corners.

The transmission tunnel has a partitioned design, with the left part having the gear lever and various buttons surrounded in a satin silver finish and the right part having vertically-arranged cup holders. The feature-rich, three-row cabin of the Infiniti QX60 consists of a 10.8-inch head-up display, heated and ventilated front seats with massaging function, 8-way power-adjustable front seats with memory function, power-adjustable steering column, wireless charger, panoramic sunroof, tri-zone automatic climate control, 17-speaker BOSE audio system and more.

Like all the other Infiniti cars and SUVs, the QX60 has a smart and stylish road presence. From every angle, the Infiniti QX60 exudes luxurious essence, and taking its large dimensions into account, this SUV makes up for a stellar road presence.

At the front, the Infiniti QX60 has got a trapezoidal grille with curved upper and lower edges. With chrome surrounds, this grille comes with gloss-black finished inserts within it. Like most of the other Infiniti offerings, the QX60 also features sweptback angular LED headlamps, which come with segmented daytime running LEDs. The front bumper looks muscular, with vertical faux air vents on the corners and segmented skid plates below its central part.

At the back, the Infiniti QX60 has a sophisticated appearance with sleek-looking combination LED tail lamps stretching towards the middle of the clean-looking boot lid. There’s a wide ‘Infiniti’ lettering spread across the middle of the boot lid. The rear bumper also gets segmented silver skid plates and heavy cladding, which further adds a tough appeal to the QX60.

With multiple drive and terrain modes on offer, the Infiniti QX60 comes with all-wheel drive and large 20-inch alloy wheels, which help the large-sized SUV maintain stability on all terrains with minimal body roll.

The only engine and transmission combination with which the Infiniti QX60 is on sale in the Malaysian market is a 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine and a 9-speed automatic transmission. With a maximum power output of 295 bhp and a peak torque output of 366 Nm, the V6 engine channels the power produced to all four wheels via an all-wheel drive setup.

The Infiniti QX60 is loaded with premium safety features one can think of in a luxury SUV, including an adaptive front lighting system with auto-levelling, Pro Pilot system with Navi link, front, and rear parking sensors, around view monitor, 360-degree parking camera, driver attention alert, lane departure warning, blind spot intervention, Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Predictive Forward Collision Warning, High Beam Assist headlights, Rear Automatic Braking, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and ten standard airbags.
