Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia updates its price list

KUALA LUMPUR: Triumph recently updated its price list for the Malaysian market. Even the latest addition to Triumph Malaysia lineup, the Scrambler 1200 XE and the Scrambler 1200 XC are under the price revision radar. The 1200 XE is now priced at RM 86,900, while the 1200 XC costs RM 80,900. The Scramblers’ engine can make around 89 hp of power at  7,400 rpm and 110 Nm of peak torque at 3,950 rpm.

Coming to the Modern Classic range, one has to shell RM 73,900 to get hands on the recently launched all-new Triumph Speed Twin 1200 for its Jet Black color, while the dual-color avatar in Silver Ice/Storm Grey and Korosi Red/Storm Grey can now be had for RM 75,900. It was released this year itself and is the sportier version of Bonneville T120. It comes with a 1,200 cc parallel-twin engine that pushes out a maximum power of 95 hp power along with a peak torque of 112 Nm.

The Bonneville T120 is the other motorcycle in the ‘Modern Classic’ lineup and is priced between RM 69,900 and RM 71,900. The price tag varies due to different color schemes. The Triumph Bonneville Bobber, on the other hand, carries a price tag of RM 71,900. Both motorcycles get free Vance & Hines performance slip-on exhaust, which costs around RM 6,500.

The Triumph Street Scrambler is available in three color options. The base model carries a price tag of RM 64,900, while the metallic and dual tone paint versions are priced at RM 65,900 and RM 66,200, respectively.

The Street Twin is powered by a 900 cc parallel-twin engine and costs RM 55,900 for metallic and RM 56,900 for the matte paint version. And lastly, the adventure-touring motorcycles of Malaysia need to be mentioned. The Tiger 800 XCX gets a RM 73,900 price tag, and the Tiger 800 XRX, on the other hand, can be had for RM 69,900. The base model, Tiger 800 XR now costs RM59,900.
