All-new 2025 Triumph Trident 660 up for grabs in Malaysia
KUALA LUMPUR: Didi Group, the official distributor of Triumph bikes in Malaysia, has launched the all-new 2025 Triumph Trident 660, in the country. The updated Trident 660 comes with new electronic aids and an upgraded suspension setup, making it a more appealing choice in the mid-range motorcycle segment.

Price and availability
The 2025 Triumph Trident 660 is priced at RM 46,900 (excluding insurance and road tax). Included in the price is a two-year unlimited mileage warranty against manufacturing defects.
Features
The bike now features upgraded materials and finishes for a more premium feel. The newly added features are -

- Triumph Shift Assist
- Cruise control
- Addition of a Sport mode alongside existing Road and Rain modes
- Upgraded Full-colour TFT display with standard smartphone connectivity
Engine
Powering the new Trident 660 is the tried and tested 660 cc inline-three cylinder engine which generates a maximum power of 81 hp at 10,250 rpm and a peak torque of 64 Nm at 6,250 rpm. Power is sent to the wheels via a six-speed gearbox mated to a chain final drive system. The bi-directional quick shifter is now a standard fitment.
Suspension and braking
The upgraded suspension setup of the bike comprises SFF-BL (Big Piston) 41 mm USD forks at the front and a preload-adjustable Showa monoshock at the rear. Helping the bike stop are twin front disc brakes with two-piston callipers and a single rear disc brake with a single-piston calliper.

The deliveries of the all-new 2025 Triumph Trident 660 are expected to begin in Malaysia from December 2024.
