2019 SYM Mio 110 and SYM Jet14 200 launched in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: 2019 SYM Mio 110 and 2019 SYM Jet14 200 has been launched in Malaysia. The former is specially made for the lady riders for daily urban riding, while the latter is launched especially targeting the 150 cc segment lovers.

2019 SYM Mio 110 comes with a 111 cc OHC air-cooled single-cylinder engine, which is capable of churning out a maximum power of 7.37 hp coming at 7,000 rpm, while the peak torque is 7.3 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

It is available in three color options- Flamingo, Matte Black, and Paper Mint. It comes with 10-inch wheels having 160 mm disc brake at the front, while a drum brake stops the rear wheel. The two-wheeler gets a seat height of 720 mm, and weighs 93 Kg.

On the other hand, 2019 SYM Jet14 200 is equipped with a 168.9 cc single-cylinder air-cooled OHC engine, which is Euro 4 compliant. It can provide a maximum power of 11.8 hp, which comes at 8,000 rpm, while the peak torque is 12.2 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is fed by the EFI, and the CVT is used to serve the transmission, the latter uses the belt final drive to transfer power to the wheel.

2019 SYM Jet14 200 one has three color options as well - Cedar Brown, Steel Gray, and Jet Black. It comes with a 260 mm hydraulic disc brake front-wheel having ABS, while the 220 mm diameter hydraulic disc stops the rear wheels.

As for the pricing, the 2019 SYM Mio 110 price is RM 5,888, while the 2019 SYM Jet14 200 price tag reads RM 7,888. Both the engine comes with a two-year or 20,000 km manufacturing warranty, whichever comes first.
