KUALA LUMPUR: BMW Malaysia’s official distributor Auto Bavaria has just announced the availability of the Limited Edition BMW 5 Series with M Performance Parts.

Availability

Variants

The Limited Edition BMW 5 Series with M Performance Parts is offered in two variants - the BMW 530i M Sport and the BMW 530e M Sport.

Powertrain

Mechanical bits remain the same with the limited edition BMW 530i M Sport being powered by a 1998 cc 4-cylinder engine making a max output of 184 hp from 5000-6500 rpm along with a peak torque of 300 Nm at 1350-4000 rpm. The setup allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 5.9 seconds and attain a top speed of 230 kmph.

The same powertrain in the BMW 530i M Sport generates 252 hp from 5200-6500 rpm and 350 Nm from 1450-4800 rpm of torque. The car completes a century sprint in 6.4 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kmph.

‘5porty’ package

The Limited Edition BMW 5 Series with M Performance Parts comes with an exclusive limited edition package called the 5porty. Part of the package is several attractive accessories like - a Stroke Ceramic Reusable Cup, BMW Advanced Car Eye 2.0 with an HD wide-angle camera, a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and complimentary tinting.

M Performance Package

The package includes several sporty M Performance parts including BMW M Performance Floor Mats, BMW M Performance High Gloss Black Kidney Grille, BMW M Performance Set of Paddle Shift, BMW M Performance Carbon Fibre Steering Cover, BMW M Performance Carbon Fibre Mirror Cover, BMW M50 Years Wheel Cup, BMW M50 Years Emblem (front & rear bonnet), and BMW LED Door Lights Projector, and BMW Gloss Black Air Duct Trims (left & right).

Price

Auto Bavaria is offering the Limited Edition BMW 5 Series with M Performance Parts across its dealerships nationwide. The car retails for RM 347,000.
