Save up to RM 11,500 on the Volkswagen Passat this March; Repair packages also on offer

KUALA LUMPUR: Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia has come up with new exciting deals for this month offering savings on the all-new VW Passat Elegance and Passat R-Line along with discounts on the repair packages. 

The Volkswagen March promo extended the deals available with the Passat range, including 1-year free insurance worth RM 5,500 and a 1-year free petrol rebate worth RM 2,500. Also, there is an additional online rebate of RM 3,500 for those customers who place their bookings from the Volkswagen eShowroom. All these bring the total savings on the new Passat to RM 11,500. 

Speaking about the Volkswagen Passat specs sheet, both variants of the sedan are powered by the same engine, that’s a 2.0-litre TSI turbocharged mill producing a maximum power of 190 PS and a peak torque of 320 Nm. The top-spec R-Line also features Dynamic Chassis Control and other hi-tech enhancements for a dynamic driving experience. The Volkswagen Passat price for the base Elegance trim starts at RM 181,856 while for the sportier R-Line, the customers need to shell out RM 203,411. Prices include current sales tax exemption.

Moving to the Repair packages, the automaker offers the following savings to the Volkswagen owners with vehicles older than five years:

There is a 30% discount on the parts and labour on selected models along with a 2-year warranty.  According to the company, these repair works are carried out by trained technicians and meet global standards with approved Volkswagen tools.

To get these offers, customers need to download the Volkswagen Cares mobile app for eligibility and to receive their item e-vouchers required at the time of service at Volkswagen authorized service centers. The customers can book their service appointments online by choosing their preferred dealership, date, and time and by providing their vehicle details.
