Moon Power EV chargers available at Audi Glenmarie, Setia Alam & Juru centres

KUALA LUMPUR: Audi has buckled up to make a remarkable contribution to the electric vehicle market growth in Malaysia. The official distributor of Audi cars in the country, PHS Automotive, recently launched a diverse range of e-tron EVs which comprises a total of seven EVs. Along with that, it joined hands with Moon Power to ensure the ​​e-tron owners will have convenient access to both AC and DC charging facilities.

The European energy solutions provider Moon Power is a subsidiary of Porsche Holdings Salzburg. The installation of Moon Power chargers at Audi centres in Malaysia marks the brand’s first entry into a country out of Europe.  

The chargers are installed at all three Audi centres, including Glenmarie, Setia Alam, and Juru. Each centre has three AC 22 kW chargers and one DC 180 kW charger, offering charging facilities exclusively to Audi e-tron owners. 

The Audi-Moon Power deal will also be offering the option of purchasing Moon Power wall box chargers to customers beginning September 2023. These will be available in two variants - 11 kW and 22 kW.

Audi ensures the quality of each Moon Power charger unit by emphasising its adherence to strict quality control measures in order to meet the charging and safety requirements.

The charging time of the new Audi Q8 e-tron and e-tron GT EVs are -
