MINI Malaysia presents BIG LOVE event to show off New-Gen MINI family at JioSpace, Petaling Jaya

KUALA LUMPUR: MINI Malaysia will be hosting a public event for MINI enthusiasts, showcasing the new generation of the MINI family. If you've been looking forward to seeing MINI's new generation of vehicles, head on  to JioSpace in Petaling Jaya on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, for this curated unveiling.

MINI Malaysia is calling out MINI enthusiasts, fondly known as MINIacs, to join the celebration and experience their latest innovations in urban mobility. The exclusive MINI-styled event promises an exciting day filled with various activities for you and your family.

Attendees will have the opportunity to get behind the wheel of the newest MINI models and take them for a spin around the area. This firsthand experience is sure to thrill those who appreciate the dynamic driving feel of MINI vehicles.

In addition to test drives, the event will feature MINI-themed games with chances to win exclusive, customised MINI merchandise. It's a fantastic way for fans to engage with the brand and take home some unique prizes.

The event will also showcase the extraordinary evolution of the MINI brand in the Brand and Product Zone. Attendees can explore interactive digital experiences, including the MINIverse, a virtual world where fans can navigate dynamic tracks using the virtual MINI car of their choice.

The main stars of the show are the new MINIs recently launched at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024, featuring the all-electric MINI Countryman SE ALL4, the MINI JCW Countryman ALL4, and the MINI Cooper S. These additions bring MINIs latest advanced technology and distinctive design to the Malaysian market, catering to a diverse range of driving preferences.

MINI Countryman SE ALL4: This all-electric variant features a striking exterior with short overhangs, a long wheelbase, and an octagonal grille. It's equipped with adaptive LED headlights, a spacious and modern interior, and the industry-first round OLED display powered by MINI Operating System 9. The car delivers 313 hp and 494 Nm of torque, boasting a top speed of 180 km/h and a 0-100 km/h time of 5.6 seconds. It's priced at RM 260,000.

MINI JCW Countryman ALL4: Sporting the exclusive JCW Trim, this model includes a red roof and mirror caps, high-gloss black accents, and JCW Performance Brakes. The interior features JCW sports seats and a unique red and grey pattern. It offers 505 liters of cargo space, expandable to 1,530 liters. Powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder B48 engine producing 300 PS and 400 Nm of torque, this car may not be a pocket rocket, but it impresses nonetheless. With a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel drive, it achieves the 0-100 km/h sprint in just 5.4 seconds, two-tenths quicker than expected. This model is priced at RM 399,000.

MINI Cooper S: Emphasizing classic MINI design, the Cooper S features compact proportions, round headlights, and an octagonal grille. The cabin includes a new steering wheel, round OLED display, and signature MINI toggle bar. Powered by a 2.0-liter engine with 204 hp and 300 Nm of torque, it can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.6 seconds and has a top speed of 242 km/h. It’s available for RM 280,000.
