KUALA LUMPUR: MINI Malaysia has introduced its latest automotive lineup during the New MINI Family Launch Event at JIO Space, Petaling Jaya. Running only for a day, the event welcomes the public to experience, test drive the newly introduced models, including the freshly introduced all-electric MINI Cooper SE, which also makes its South East Asia debut.

The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the MINI Cooper SE, showcased alongside the MINI John Cooper Works (JCW) Countryman ALL4 and the MINI Cooper S, which had been previewed at the recent Malaysia Autoshow 2024. Design and Features
Back to the star of the show, the new MINI Cooper SE retains the iconic design language of its predecessors while introducing modern touches. A notable feature is the octagonal front grille with intricate contouring, housing the smallest radar sensor among BMW Group models. The LED headlights come with high-beam assistant and three selectable light signatures, each with unique welcome and goodbye animations.
The vehicle's silhouette is defined by short overhangs, a short bonnet, and a long wheelbase, creating a sleek and athletic look. The design emphasizes minimalism with flush door openers, absence of traditional side scuttles, and 18-inch Night Flash spoke 2-tone wheels.
