MINI Malaysia Introduces MINI geniuses to enhance customer experience

KUALA LUMPUR:  In a bid to improve customer interaction, MINI Malaysia has rolled out its first team of MINI Geniuses across six dealerships in the country.

Benjamin Nagel, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia, highlighted the goal of this initiative:

“We understand that for some, purchasing a new vehicle is a deeply personal experience. With MINI Geniuses, our current and future MINIacs will be able to receive expert guidance and personalised attention, ensuring they fully understand each feature and function of their dream MINI vehicle. We believe this tailored assistance not only helps them make informed decisions, but also fosters a deeper connection with their MINI. From the start of their MINI journey, customers can truly experience BIG LOVE through these dedicated interactions.”

 The MINI Geniuses have undergone rigorous training at the BMW Group Regional Training Centre in Cyberjaya. These specialists are not typical sales advisors; their role is to provide detailed knowledge about MINI vehicles, offer personalized product presentations, and facilitate test drives in a pressure-free environment.

The initial deployment of MINI Geniuses includes key dealerships: Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara, Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur, Auto Bavaria Balakong, Auto Bavaria Tebrau, Wheelcorp Premium Setia Alam, and Ingress Auto Bangsar. This move aims to enhance customer service and ensure a seamless experience for MINI enthusiasts.

MINI Malaysia recently showcased its newest models at the New MINI Family Launch Event in Petaling Jaya, featuring the all-electric MINI Cooper SE, also making its Southeast Asia debut. The event also showcased the MINI Cooper S, the all-electric MINI Countryman SE ALL4, and the MINI John Cooper Works (JCW) Countryman ALL4.

Key Highlights:

• MINI Cooper SE: All-electric, up to 402 km range, 218 hp, 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds, priced at RM193,888.
• MINI Cooper S: 204 hp, priced at RM279,888.
• MINI Countryman SE ALL4: All-electric, 313 hp, priced at RM258,888.
• MINI JCW Countryman ALL4: High performance, priced at RM389,888.

Interiors feature high-quality materials, a round OLED display, and various premium amenities. The MINI Cooper SE emphasizes electric performance with advanced safety features and digital innovations.
