Mini Clubman says goodbye with 1969-unit limited Final Edition model

KUALA LUMPUR: Mini has pulled the wraps off the all-new 2023 Mini Clubman Final Edition that marks the end of an era for the brand’s beloved station wagon. Paying tribute to its roots, the special Clubman will be limited to 1969 units, a figure that represents the model’s founding year.

Let’s get to know the key highlights of the 2023 Mini Clubman Final Edition -

• The car benefits from exclusive charismatic details in the form of Shimmer Copper accents, which adorns the radiator grille crossbar, MINI Cooper S Blade, and the side scuttles

• The graphic pattern on the 18-inch light-alloy wheels is finished in a tinted clear lacquer 
• The special Mini Clubman also features unique split rear doors, offering convenient loading in the luggage compartment that measures up to 1,250 litres

• Adding to the wagon’s unique identity are a shimmering "Final Edition" script on the rear and a "1 of 1969" badge on the C-pillar. The latter denotes the number of each specific unit of the limited-production run
• Included in three exciting exterior colour scheme are - Nanuq White, Enigmatic Black, and Melting Silver
• The interior of the Mini Cooper S Clubman Final Edition is sprayed with a special Final Edition colourway

• It features edition-specific "Final Edition" lettering on door sill trims and Nappa leather-wrapped sports leather steering wheel and a "1 of 1969" badge on the dashboard
• Finished in Dark Maroon, the MINI Yours leather sports seats come with adjustable thigh support and a sewn-in edition badge
• The dashboard houses a dark trimming with matte shimmering Sage Green Dark shade blended with edition-specific Shimmer Copper colour

• Included in the tech goodies are an 8.8-inch touchscreen display, MINI Online digital service, Remote Services, Apple CarPlay, MINI’s in-house sat-nav, Harmon Kardon sound system, heated seats, reverse camera, and electric folding mirrors

The 2024 Mini Clubman Final Edition will be available in both Cooper and Cooper S versions, equipped with a diesel or petrol engine and all-wheel drive system. 

“The 1,969 units of the MINI Clubman Final Edition produced give MINI fans the opportunity to meet the extraordinary gentleman”, says the automaker.

Pricing for the limited-edition Mini Clubman in the UK starts at £37,000, which is approximately equal to RM 201,733).
