Mercedes-Benz cars’ updated prices (with SST) announced

KUALA LUMPUR: As soon as the SST discount ended on June 30, the automakers around the nation started rolling out their new price lists that factor in sales and service tax. Here, we bring the updated price list of all locally-assembled and fully-imported Mercedes-Benz cars effective from July 2022.

Mercedes-Benz A-Class

Offered in four variants, the Mercedes-Benz A-Class price now starts at RM 229,888 and goes all the way up to RM 481,888.

The SUV equivalent of the A-Class, the GLA, is now priced between RM 251,888 and RM 363,888 in Malaysia.

The C 200 AVANTGARDE (1496cc /150kw / 204hp / 300Nm) is now priced at RM 299,888, while the top-spec C 300 AMG Line (1999cc / 190kw / 258hp / 400Nm) retails for RM 344,888.

Mercedes-Benz GLC 

As for the GLC 200 AMG Line (1991cc / 145kW / 197hp / 320Nm), you need to shell out RM 313,888. However, the GLC 300 4MATIC AMG Line (1991cc / 190kW / 258hp / 370Nm) can be yours by paying RM 356,888.

Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe

The new prices of the Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe are as follows -

The sole GLE variant, the 450 4MATIC AMG Line, which is powered by a 2999cc (270kw / 367hp/ 500Nm) engine now retails for RM 509,888. However, for the Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupé (2999cc / 320kw / 435hp/ 520Nm), you need to shell out RM 856,888.

Mercedes-Benz CLA

Post SST discount, the Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 S 4MATIC+ (1991cc/ 310kW / 421hp / 500Nm) price has increased to RM 495,888.

Mercedes-Benz S-Class

For this epitome of luxury, Malaysian car buyers now have to pay RM 708,888.00. It is on offer in a single S 580 e trim, powered by a 2999 cc  engine generating 375kw / 510hp of power and 750 Nm of peak torque.

Mercedes-Benz EQA 

However, the only electric model of the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia lineup, the EQA, continues to enjoy 100% exemption on the import duties and excise duties. The pricing of the EV still remains attractive at RM 286,888.
