Lexus unveils the NX F Sport Black Line Special Edition

KUALA LUMPUR: The all-new Lexus NX F Sport Black Line Special Edition has been revealed officially. It is based on the popular F Sport model and features some additional styling, as well as some, accessories. The manufacturer will produce only 1,000 units of the car and can be had in AWD or front-wheel-drive options. It is available in three different color options - Atomic Silver, Ultra White, and Obsidian.

The Lexus NX F Sport Black Line Special Edition rides on the 19-inch F Sport split-six-spoke wheels, and the carbon-fibre graphics are added on the sides. The manufacturer has said that the wheels offer aggressive appearance as the stance of the F Spot is lowered, and the exhaust openings are now larger.

Inside, the car features an exclusive Mark Levinson 14-speaker, 835-watt Premium Surround Sound Audio system. The other new feature inside is the F Sports Black and Arctic White seats. The special edition model comes with key gloves, unique floor mats, black headliner, and cargo mat.

On the dash, a 10.3-inch infotainment system with Navigation System is placed that can be accessed via the Remote touchpad, which can predict traffic information. It is capable of showing the ETA calculation, low-fuel co-ordination, traffic information, and nearby fuel stations. All of its variants get the Lexus Enform App Suite 2.0, which has a free subscription.

In terms of the comfort package of NX F Sport Black Line, there is Blind Spot Monitor, Intuitive Parking Assist, powered tailgate with “kick sensor”, heated and ventilated seats, moonroof, and electrochromic rearview mirror.

It also comes with the Active Sound Control, and the engine note can be channelled with the help of the speakers. Moreover, the driver can adjust the volume.

The Lexus NX F Sport Black Line Special Edition, along with the LC Inspiration Concept will hit the 2019 Chicago Auto Show.
