Jaguar I-Pace gets a new “Stealth” package in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: The Jaguar I-Pace has received a new exterior styling package in Malaysia, called the ‘Stealth Pack’. Priced at RM 12,000, the new package offers customers an opportunity to elevate the visual appeal of their electric SUVs. It is available for both current I-Pace owners and prospective buyers.

    The new Jaguar I-Pace exterior styling package is now available at Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia showrooms in Ara Damansara and Penang. Adding to the convenience, customers can opt to purchase the new pack through instalment payments. JLR offers a loan with interest starting from as low as 1.23% per annum for the same.

    To recap, the I-Pace was launched in the local market in March and comes in two variants - Black LE and HSE, priced at RM 460,800 and RM 498,800, respectively. Both trims are powered by Jaguar-designed electric motors (one at each axle), generating a combined output of 400 PS and a peak torque of 696 Nm. The motors are paired with a 90-kWh battery that lets the EV cruise for 470 km (on the WLTP cycle). 

    In terms of performance, the EV accelerates from zero to 100 kmph in 4.8 seconds and completes the 400m sprint in 12.4 seconds. The top speed is rated at 200 kmph.

    The EV comes with a comprehensive warranty coverage period of 5 years/150,000 km̧, 3-year roadside assistance, 5-year/102,000 km complimentary servicing, and an 8-year/160,000 km battery warranty.
