In Pics: 2022 Volvo XC40 Electric, Malaysia's first locally-assembled fully electric car

It was in mid-March that Volvo Mayalasi revealed the XC40 Recharge Pure Electric in the country. The booking for the EV was opened a while back; however, during the reveal, the automaker didn't put out the car's price tag. However, now all the information is out in the open, even the price.

Priced at RM 262,460, the XC40 Electric is cheaper than both the Hyundai Ioniq 5 (RM14k) and the Mercedes-Benz EQA 250 AMG Line (RM 16k).
