BMW Malaysia becomes Official E-Mobility Partner for Maybank Championship 2024

KUALA LUMPUR: As a strong supporter of sustainability, BMW Malaysia often teams up with major events to promote eco-friendly transport and responsible mobility solutions. This year, the company has once again stepped up as the Official E-Mobility Partner for the Maybank Championship 2024.

The much-awaited Maybank Championship 2024 will occur from October 24th to 27th at Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club. For the tournament, BMW Malaysia will provide a fleet of 60 electric vehicles, including models like the BMW iX, BMW i5, and BMW i7. 

These premium BMW EVs will transport players, officials, and VIPs throughout the event, ensuring smooth, eco-friendly mobility.

Maybank Championship 2024

Set to be held later this month, the Maybank Championship 2024 will bring together 78 of the world's top female golfers, competing for the prestigious title and a prize of USD 3 million. The exciting and competitive tournament will feature some of the finest names in women’s golf like Celine Boutier, Jin Young Ko, and Brooke Henderson.

Sanctioned by the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), the event focuses on advancing women’s sports by bringing together top female athletes.
