All-new 2022 Jaguar F-Pace launched in Malaysia; check full details

KUALA LUMPUR: Jaguar Malaysia lineup now includes the new facelifted F-Pace. Prior to this the brand’s first SUV was revamped two years back, i.e. 2020. Thus, making sure the F-Pace stays inline with the buyers current taste and needs.

In its revised form, the SUV features an updated exterior design and a few additional cabin features. All of which we’ll be discussing in this article, starting with the price and variant options.

2022 Jaguar F-Pace: Variants & Price

Jaguar Malaysia has launched the new F-Pace in one single variant option in Malaysia, a 2.0L R-Dynamic. This one retails for RM 598,800 (before road tax, registration and insurance), however, it includes 10% SST.

2022 Jaguar F-Pace: Exterior

The revisions on the exterior are limited to the front and rear fascia making the car look super stunning.

At the front, the facelifted model features new LED headlamps with 'double J' DRLs, and a new grille with diamond mesh pattern. The rear, on the other hand, gets I-Pace inspired new LED taillights incorporating the brand's ‘’chicane” graphics.

2022 Jaguar F-Pace: Interior

Compared to the exterior, the 2022 F-Pace interior showcases far more revisions. For instance, there is an entirely new dashboard and center console, both with a more angular design than before. The gear lever is now in the form of a shorter stick instead of a rotary dial. A small dial is however available for changing drive modes (Eco, Dynamic, Comfort, and d Rain-Ice-Snow)

On the comfort and connectivity front, the new F-Pace features a new control panel for dual-zone climate system with integrated display, an 11.4-inch curved-glass HD touchscreen, advanced Pivi Pro infotainment system, wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay support, and wireless charging pad.

Further the 5-seater Jaguar features exquisitely leather crafted upholstery along with ample cabin space thanks to its 40:20:40 seating configuration (each seat gets folded completely).

2022 Jaguar F-Pace: Safety

As expected, the facelifted F-Pace packs the best of safety features one could expect. Included in the list are -

• Autonomous Emergency Braking
• Cruise control with speed limiter
• Lane keep assist
• Driver monitoring
• Active road noise cancellation

All this along with several advanced driver assistance systems make the facelifted F-Pace a fully safe and secure car.
