KUALA LUMPUR: UMW Toyota Motor has unveiled the 2025 GR Yaris at the Toyota Gazoo Racing Season 7 finale, and it’s clear this isn’t just a rehash of the fan-favourite hot hatch.

    As usual, It’s paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox and Toyota’s GR-Four AWD system, offering unmatched control and engagement whether you’re tackling twisty backroads or just having a blast on the highway. 

    Just like the GR Corolla, an automatic version is not yet upon us, but it will be made available later on.

    What’s new doesn’t stop there. Toyota has added a Cooling Package to keep temperatures in check during spirited drives, enhanced the suspension for improved handling and durability, and introduced a new front and rear design.
