2024 BMW M4 Competition Coupé and 4 Series Coupé M Sport Pro facelift launched in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: BMW Malaysia has expanded its lineup with the introduction of two new 4 Series models - the new M4 Competition Coupé and 430i Coupé M Sport Pro facelift. The 2024 BMW M4 Competition Coupé with M xDrive now features a power boost, while the all-new 2024 BMW 430i Coupé M Sport Pro gets an enhanced exterior along with new tech features. The pricing is as follows -

The mentioned prices include a regular two-year warranty, however, by paying an additional amount customers can grab the BMW Service and Repair Inclusive with the five-year warranty and service package. The additional amount stands at RM 47,800 for the M4 Competition Coupe and RM 25,200 for the 430i Coupe.

2024 BMW M4 Competition Coupé

The new BMW M4 Competition Coupé with M xDrive boasts a dynamic design with new adaptive LED headlights and high-gloss Shadowline elements. It features 19-inch /20-inch M forged Double-spoke style 826 M Black wheels, complemented by M Compound brakes in red high-gloss. 

Further enhancing the car’s striking appearance are distinctive laser tail lights and a unique painted M graphic Red high-gloss or Black high-gloss. It also features a carbon fibre roof for reduced weight and enhanced handling.

Inside, the new M4 Competition Coupé exudes luxury with premium fit and finish and high-quality materials like carbon fibre trim and an M headliner anthracite. It gets a new three-spoke M leather steering wheel featuring a 12 o’clock marker. The M sports seats are adorned with M Sport seats and offer electric adjustment with lumbar support, memory function, as well as heating for the driver and front passenger.

Also included in the kit is a BMW Curved Display with a 12.3-inch instrument and a 14.9-inch Control Display powered by the BMW Operating System 8.5. Premium touches. The car also comes standard with a 16-speaker Harman Kardon surround sound system, interior and exterior mirror package, interior rear-view mirror with automatic anti-dazzle function, and comfort access system. Connectivity options include BMW Live Cockpit Professional, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.

Powering the new M4 Competition Coupé is a 3.0-litre BMW M TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder in-line petrol engine exclusively mated to the M xDrive system. The setup kicks out a total output of 530 hp. Power is sent to the wheels via an eight-speed M Steptronic Sport transmission enabling the vehicle to hit the century sprint in 3.5 seconds only. Further boosting the performance is an M sport differential and adaptive M suspension system.

The M4 Competition Coupé includes advanced safety features such as Driving Assistant, cruise control with braking function, Parking Assistant Plus, and M Drive Professional. 

BMW Malaysia offers a range of exclusive M Performance Parts with the new M4 Competition Coupé, including a carbon rear wing, titanium silencer, and carbon rear diffuser.

2024 BMW 430i Coupé M Sport Pro

The BMW 430i Coupé M Sport Pro features a sportier look thanks to the redesigned kidney grille finished in a Black high-gloss shade, Adaptive LED headlights incorporating a new DRL signature, and M high-gloss Shadowline with M Aerodynamics Package. The striking rear fascia incorporates laser tail lights while the side profile is kitted with 19-inch M light alloy wheels and M Sport brakes. 

Step inside the new BMW 430i Coupé M Sport Pro and you will be greeted by a luxury ambience featuring a 12.3-inch instrument panel, and an M Leather steering wheel wrapped in black Walknappa leather with an exclusive 12 o’clock marker. 

At the centre of the dashboard lies a new 14.9-inch floating display mated to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. It is powered by BMW Operating System 8.5 and comes paired with BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant and a 16-speaker Harman Kardon surround sound system.

Other features include a head-up Display with Augmented Reality, M interior trim finishers in Carbon Fibre, Sensatec perforated upholstery, and Sport seats with memory function, M headliner anthracite, interior and exterior mirror package, and comfort access system.

Under the hood, it gets a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine tuned to produce a maximum power of 258 hp and a peak torque of 400 Nm. Sending power to the wheels is an 8-speed Steptronic Sport transmission. The BMW 430i Coupé M Sport Pro combines sportiness and comfort with precise handling, Adaptive M suspension, Variable Sport Steering, and customizable Driving Experience Control for an optimised driving experience.

Standard safety features include Active Cruise Control with Stop&Go function, Front Collision Warning system with braking function, Pedestrian Warning, Adaptive Brake Assist, and Parking Assistant with Park Assist and Lateral Parking Aid.
