2023 Land Rover Range Rover SV revealed, order books opening in early 2022

KUALA LUMPUR: Land Rover is a brand that is known for its ultra-luxury cars and the Range Rover is a perfect example of this. We have seen countless editions of this iconic SUV that satisfy the customers’ desires for wealth. Well, here comes the all-new Range Rover SV from Special Vehicle Operations that will sit at the top of the new and updated model revealed back in October. 

It offers exclusive design details and material choices with a greater scope for personalisation than ever before, says the automaker.

“Working with the finest materials and innovative technologies has enabled us to introduce even more luxury into every part of the New Range Rover SV. This attention to detail and quality is evident throughout the vehicle and is symbolised by our new white ceramic SV roundel on the tailgate,” said Michael van der Sande, Managing Director, Special Vehicle Operations.

The key highlights of the new Land Rover Range Rover SV are:

• Distinctive front grille and bumpers in comparison to Autobiography, SE, and HSE trims
• Unique ceramic SV roundel badge on the front
• Triple-finish 23-inch forged Diamond Turned Dark Grey Gloss alloy wheels with ten directional spokes
• 14 extra color shades from the SV Bespoke Premium Palette in addition to the standard options
• Ceramic finishings on gear-shifter and other knobs
• Wood veneers and mosaic marquetry decorative patterns 
• Unique seats with SV-specific embroidery
• Several leather upholstery and two sustainable Ultrafabrics options
• Two interior themes - Serenity or Intrepid
• Four-seat configuration with refrigerator and a folding table (optional on the long-wheelbase model)

Under the hood, the luxury bespoke SUV is equipped with a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine generating a maximum power output of 530 PS.

Price and availability

Land Rover has not yet announced the new Range Rover SV price and launch date, however, it confirmed that the booking for the SUV will start in early 2022.
