The all-new 2023 BMW X5 M Competition is now available to order in the UK at a starting price of £123,350, which is approximately equal to RM 659,549.The 2023 BMW X5 M Competition gets power from a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine combined with a 48-volt mild-hybrid unit. While the electric motor generates a maximum power of 12 hp and a peak torque of 199 Nm, the total output is rated at 617 hp and 750 Nm. The power is sent to the wheels via an updated 8-speed automatic transmission.
The hybrid assistance offers better performance when accelerating off the line along with improved fuel efficiency, says BMW. Further adding to the performance are new components like - a reinforced crankshaft drive, a cross-bank exhaust manifold, an electrically controlled blow-off valve, a revised air intake duct, and an M Sport exhaust system.
The power-packed BMW M SUV runs from zero to 100 kmph in 3.9 seconds and clocks an electronically limited top speed of 249 kmph. The latter can be increased to 285 kmph with the optional M Driver’s Package.

- Fine-grain Merino leather trims
- Ambient light bar with a prominent M logo
- New carbon fibre shift paddles
