2023 Audi Q8 e-tron reaches dealership; check out the EV’s key details

KUALA LUMPUR: It was only in February that Audi Malaysia opened its ordering books for the all-new Q8 e-tron. And now after waiting for a good three months, the car is available in the local market.

So, in this article, we’ll be discussing the all-new Audi Q8 e-tron in detail.

Price & Variant

The official distributor of Audi cars in Malaysia, PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM), is offering the premium EV as a sole ‘advanced 50 quattro’ variant. The same is priced from RM 369,000 to RM 379,000.

Powertrain

Powering the Audi Q8 e-tron are twin electric motors that make a maximum power of 340 PS along with a peak torque of 664 Nm. Juicing up the motors is a 95 kWh lithium-ion battery which offers a range of up to 410 km.

The drive is transmitted to all four wheels via a two-stage ratio planetary gearbox with a single-gear channel.

Exterior

The Q8 e-tron looks more like a conventional SUV compared to its rugged competitors like the BMW iX. The car packs several key inclusions which makes the car not only look amazing but functional as well.
