The bike gets all-around LED lighting. The bodywork blends vintage elements with contemporary details, making it an attractive choice for riders who appreciate style as much as function. The quilted faux leather saddle enhances the vintage appeal. The materials used are lightweight yet durable, contributing to its nimble handling. Some of the plastic components feel a bit scrappy and that may detract from the overall premium feel. The instrument panel, inspired by classic mechanical displays, offers a blend of old-school charm and contemporary functionality. It’s well-designed but can be slightly difficult to read under bright sunlight.

Some of the worst bumps are felt on the frame but don’t unsettle the rider. For urban commuting, the VMoto TC Max’s suspension system ensures a smooth and stable ride. But on rough roads or at a higher speed, the suspension may feel slightly firm, transferring some vibrations to the rider.

Braking on the VMoto TC Max is handled by single-disc brakes on both front and rear wheels. The bike comes with a combined braking system (CBS) for added safety. CBS isn’t as advanced as antilock braking but still ensures an even distribution of brake force. It reduces the chances of wheel lock-up in emergency situations.

The VMoto TC Max is mounted on a lightweight chassis, along with a well-balanced weight distribution. This contributes to the bike’s overall stability. The inclusion of a keyless ignition system and an alarm adds an extra layer of security. The lack of self-canceling indicators could be a minor inconvenience for riders accustomed to more premium café racers.

Though it’s not the least expensive bike in its class, the VMoto TC Max is still affordable. It has a starting price of RM 19,900. The VMoto TC Max is a stylish, efficient, and beginner-friendly electric motorcycle, making it a great choice for urban commuters. It excels in design, manoeuvrability, and ease of use. The relatively short mileage is a drawback. It’s not the perfect bike for riders looking out for a long-range cruiser.
