At first glance, the SUZUKI GSX-S1000GX did not appeal to me. I found it to be a generic four-pot motorcycle devoid of the kind of power I needed. However, after spending some time with it I found it to be an invigorating blend of tourer and sports bike. It also filters through traffic quite well. The ergonomics are superb and offer all-day comfort to the rider. While the engine seems to be a bit old school, the accompanying quick-shifter, gearbox, and auto-blipper feel modern. It’s a bit lacking when it comes to storage. It doesn’t have proper storage or a cubbyhole.
