KTM 350 EXC-F Six Days Design
From the looks of it, the KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days is an out-and-out enduro motorcycle, with a pure visual appeal of a traditional dirt bike. The motorcycle doesn’t get turn indicators and rearview mirrors but gets whole other details from a road-spec motorcycle perfectly matching the off-road design bits.
At the front, the KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days gets a traditional halogen headlamp, which is a small trapezoidal unit with tapered upper edges and is fitted within a sleek-looking cowl. There are various kinds of decals on the headlamp cowl, front forks, fork cowls at the bottom, and high-mounted front fender, which make the KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days look extremely purposeful.
The KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days carries an aggressive appeal in its side profile. The bold IDSE graphics are thoughtfully stickered on the pointy-looking fuel tank cowls which partially hide the white coloured plastic fuel tank. These graphics extend the big side body panels and the sleek and high rising tail section, both of which are painted in white. What adds a nice contrasting flavour to the visual appeal of the KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days is the orange theme carried for the frame.
At the back, the KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days has a very minimalistic appeal, with a very tiny LED tail lamp placed below the endpoint of the tail section. Beneath the side body panels, the single high-mounted exhaust pipe flows towards the rear flawlessly, thus going in sync with the extrovert design of the motorcycle. The KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days gets a single long-piece seat, which is spread in the middle of the motorcycle in a V-styled manner.
The rider’s cockpit of the KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days has a very plain and minimal look, as the motorcycle misses out on a proper instrument console to keep up with the demands of the segment of enduro motorcycles. However, the handlebar crash guards add to both the visual appeal and safety of the motorcycle.
350 EXC-F Six Days Ride & Handling
The KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days gets an awarded mechanical setup, which makes it one of the toughest and most rugged sub-400cc enduro motorcycles currently available. Sitting on a central double-cradle frame, the motorcycle gets a pair of 48mm WP Xplor upside-down hydraulic telescopic forks with 300mm travel at the front, while at the rear, it gets a WP Xplor PDS mono-shock with 320mm travel. Matching the prowess of the KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days are an excellent set of off-road tyres and disc brakes at both the ends – 260mm disc at the front and 220mm disc at the rear.
KTM 350 EXC-F Six Days Engine & Fuel Consumption
The KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days is powered by a punchy and energetic two-stroke, single-cylinder, 293.2cc engine. Coupled with a 6-speed gearbox, this engine gets a whole square configuration with a 72mm bore and 72mm of stroke. KTM hasn’t disclosed the power and torque figures of the KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days officially, but the engine feels very energetic for its size. What helps in the performance is the very low kerb weight of just 103.2 kg, which translates into an impressive performance off the line.
350 EXC-F Six Days Braking & Safety
The raw and rugged KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days doesn’t get any prominent safety features and electronic riding aid, apart from the handlebar crash guards.
KTM 350 EXC-F Six Days Verdict
The KTM 300 EXC-TPI Six Days is one of the most awarded enduro motorcycles for all the right reasons. The performance from the enticing engine and the high-quality hardware under the skin makes it an excellent choice for conquering off-road trails.
