The Type-R looks global from every angle and is sold in our market as a fully imported vehicle from Swindon. This is only workshop in the world that manufactures the Civic Type-R. I found the Type-R to be a high performance and track-friendly car, courtesy its 2.0-litre 4-cylinder petrol motor which produces 310PS. The car comes with three driving modes. I particularly liked the Comfort mode which softens the steering, suspension, and throttle response to lend easy handling. The Sport mode, which is the default setting, is more suitable for winding roads. It delivers a more direct response. The Civic Type-R, to me, is a perfect urban companion.
