Harley-Davidson Malaysia updated price list for 2019 released

KUALA LUMPUR: Harley-Davidson price list for the year 2019 has been released for Malaysia. The American motorcycle manufacturer announced to drop the prices of its motorcycles during the inauguration of its Thailand-based manufacturing facility. It has now released the preliminary updated price list of the Sportsters and Softtails ranges.

Going through the entire price range, one will get to know that as per the announcement, the manufacturer has dropped the price of its bikes. The plain black Harley motorcycle comes with a price drop of 10.41%, while the Milwaukee iron colored motorcycle gets a price reduction of around 12.5%. Moreover, the dual tone bodywork two-wheeler’s price drop is around 9.19%. The Custom color range of motorcycles gets a pretty similar price tag. For the year 2019, the H-D motorcycles get a new addition in the form of the custom Two-Tone range. The color has been present across the Softail, Sportster, and Touring range.

The 2019 Fatboy 114, which belongs to the Softtail gets the biggest price cut, of around 29%. The entire range gets an average discount of about 23%. Among the CKD Harley motorcycles, the Fat Boy has got a discount of around 28% with the new color version. Coming to the Sportster range, it receives a mean discount of 18%. The XL883N Iron comes with a price drop from RM 86,072 to RM 68,200, which means the reduction is around 20%.

The Sportster XL883L SuperLow is now priced at RM 62,600, which is the cheapest in the list. In 2018 it was available with a price tag of RM 76,426. The FLHTK Ultra Limited, which is available in custom two-tone paint is priced at RM 238,200. The FLTRU Road Glide also gets a similar price tag. The flagship showrooms of Harley-Davidson Malaysia are in The Gasket Alley, Petaling Jaya, while the other branches are in Malacca and Penang.
