Ducati Streetfighter V4 gets a new sport package

KUALA LUMPUR: Time to enhance the already attractive and striking Ducati Streetfighter V4. How? Via the recently introduced sport package introduced by the motorcycle manufacturer.

The newly introduced sport package not only adds to the motorcycle’s sophistication quotient but also radically improves the bike’s riding experience. Furthermore, it also brings about weight reduction and minor performance updates.

The new Sport package for the Streetfighter V4 includes -

• A refined billet aluminum tank caps, brake, and clutch levers
• Part of the kit is a handlebar counterweight
• Option of upgrading the exhaust system with Akrapovic
• A range of carbon components, including front and rear mudguards, an instrument cover, a tank cover, a pinion cover, wings, and a number plate holder

If the performance enthusiasts in you want to opt for the new exhaust system by the leading manufacturers then here is the catch. Akrapovic is offering two options for the exhaust system - a titanium body with carbon end caps and a full-titanium system. While the former replaces the stock silencers and leads to a 0.8 kg weight reduction, the latter brings about a weight reduction of 5.5 kg and enhances the power and torque by a good 6%.

The new Sport package surely pushes the Ducati Streetfighter V4’s boundaries to the next level, both in the sense of style and performance.
