Ducati Malaysia sets new record with the Panigale Kingdom Mega Gathering

KUALA LUMPUR: Ducati, renowned for its high-performance motorcycles and Italian craftsmanship, achieved a significant milestone in Malaysia. The marque organised the “Panigale Kingdom Mega Gathering” event in Kuala Lumpur that brought together 310 Ducati Panigale motorcycles. This remarkable feat has officially been recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records, surpassing the previous record of 150 Panigales set over a decade ago in 2011.

The convoy started from the Ducati KL showroom with a grand flag-off ceremony attended by the company’s COO Dennis Michael, Ducati Motor Thailand marketing director Siddhartha Varma, and Malaysian MotoGP, WSBK and ARRC hero Hafizh Syahrin. The Panigale enthusiasts rode to Nilai Spring for the annual gathering.

Upon achieving this success, Dennis Michael, COO of Ducati Malaysia, said, “The Panigale Kingdom Mega Gathering is more than just a world record-breaking event; it’s a celebration of the “Malaysia Boleh!” spirit and the love of Ducati on our shores. We are thrilled to support our local passionate Ducati clubs and their enthusiastic owners, especially when it comes to their love for Ducati, here in Malaysia and also around the world.”

The success of Panigale Kingdom Mega Gathering highlights the strong commitment and passion of Ducati riders. This record-breaking event not only celebrated the brand’s heritage and innovation but also showcased the deep sense of community among Panigale enthusiasts worldwide.

In other news, Ducati Malaysia has introduced a new initiative to elevate the ownership experience with the launch of Ducati Corse Credit Financing. It aims to benefit the potential buyers of the Ducati and Scrambler Ducati by offering customised financing plans tailored to their specific needs. 

This financing option includes flexible repayment schemes and competitive interest rates, starting as low as 4.88 percent, which makes owning a Ducati or Scrambler Ducati more accessible and affordable for enthusiasts. Further facilitating the purchase process and enhancing accessibility to these iconic motorcycles is the option to make a 10 percent down payment.
