Disney Mickey Mouse Edition by Vespa up for grabs in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Disney celebrates 100 years of magic with a number of activations, tie-ups, and global events that pay tribute to its unparalleled legacy. One such collaboration is the Disney Mickey Mouse Edition by Vespa. This cute limited-edition Vespa scooter which celebrates the 100th anniversary of the world-renowned entertainment giant is now up for grabs in Malaysia.

The Disney Mickey Mouse Edition scooter is priced at RM 22,900 (on the road, without insurance). Its key highlights are - 

• Based on the Vespa Primavera 150cc, the scooter features a four-way colour scheme, including red, white, black, and yellow
• The yellow wheels represent the brand’s most famous mouse’s shoes while the black mirrors are reminiscent of his round ears
• The front cowl and rear fenders of the scooter are decked up with the caricatures of the character
• Also, the Mickey Mouse autograph is available on the saddle and the front cowl

• The mechanical setup remains the same as the donor model, which is a 154.8-cc three-valve, air-cooled single-cylinder engine generating 13 hp of maximum power at 7,750 rpm and 12.8 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm
• The power is sent to the rear wheel via a CVT gearbox
• The Disney Mickey Mouse Edition scooter rides on 12-inch wheels. The braking duties are managed by a single hydraulic disc at the front and a mechanical drum brake at the rear
